Pf claims not recd

Hi

I am trying to withdraw my pf since 2005 .I have send the pf forms some N number of times but I do not understand what happens to them.

I have not received any communication from the pf office. The numbers provided on the site are good for nothing nobody answers them

I really dont know if there is any system or procedure in place with government who can help me

Pls guide
