Employee Provident Pund
Not received of Provident Fund

Dear Sir,

I am Anil Kumar, I was the employee of ALKEM LABS LTD, I leaved

that company on 25-09.then I applied for my Provident Fund. For

this i gave duly filled form E.P.F form No. 10C to Alkem Labs

ltd, Mumbai through speed post, i had confired this through Telephonic

conversation to concerning officer Mr. Shiv Kumar Mishra. I used to

remind Mr. Shiv time to time through telephone and through e-mail since

february.but still i didn't receive any positive response.

please look this matter, as early as possible.i will be grateful for that.
