During that period company deducted provident fund amount from my salary and paid it to your office at Kandivali, Charkhop amounting to roughly rupees ten thousand. During my accident, the company was sold to another person and I lost my job. Now I have submitted the required forms with your Kandivali office in November and since then continously followed by my representative as I cannot travel due to leg accident. However I regret to note that there is no response from your Kandivali office and on the other hand they insist my presence in their office even though I have given my bank account duly authenticated by the branch manager.
