Harshit textile Pvt Ltd, Birla Nagar Gwalior, Manufactoror of Gwalior suiting defaulted in paying Employees provident fund to Employees of Grasim . trustee Ex- officio Chairman Mr S.K.Gupta, Exec.director bombaydyeing/Shri RM Gupta (Viram cement) And Shri S.krishan moorthy (Grasim Industries) all had made defaulted in trust a/c and individual a/c of members and benificary in trust, rendering substandard service to its members,

ministry of labour Central Provident Fund Commissioner unable to solve the issue of default done by trio chairman of the EPF Trust.

Assistant Provident fund commissioner Subregional office too fearing to take action against these powerfull people, he also proccedse leave on date of hearing.

matter of pension and old age sustainble money of Employees provident Fund is being fraud with bythese people.
