No refund on cancellation of digital sign

E-Mudhra from 3i Infotech Consumer Services Ltd

I have registered for e-mudhra digital signature certificate and later withdrawn from that due to some personal reasons. At the time of registration, I have paid Rs. 367/- through credit card payment. After the cancellation of this subscription, I have asked for refund, and after lot of follow-ups, vanaja from 3i-infotech (e-mudhra) contacted me asking for a screenshot of payment. I have sent the same to her in June itself, Still today, there is no status, they are not replying to my mails as well.
