Encroachment on the road

Dear Sir,

I want to draw your attention that road is being encroached at C-8, Mayapuri PhaseII .Two people were throwing the garbage on the road. When I told them that why you are throwing the garbage they replied that same was asked by there employer Mr Bajaj. This garbadge has blocked the drainage system, due to which the water logging is there on the road. Kindly take the suitable action immediately
