Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that we " Endroit Technologies Private Limited" is a software and services company and into business for almost 4.5 years now. I am one of the promoters Director of the said company and had taken a loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank last year in the month of January'07 for a small amount of Rs.7, 50, 000/- (Rupees Seven Lakh Fifty Thousand). We were told that the amount will be given as a business loan to the company and for 3 years period with an EMI of Rs.27295/- per month.
Kotak Mahindra Bank disbursed the said amount in the name of our company that is Endroit Technologies Private Limited and the ECS was also given from the company account which was from HDFC current account in the name of the company. We were surprised to find that after the loan was disbursed, the loan sanction was send in my personal name i.e Sandeep Chatterjee. We couldn’t perceive the problems that it might create but now that we are finding it almost impossible to get any funds just because of KMBL blunder and we are being penalized for the same.
Due to the blunder done by KMBL in the name of sanction and disbursement, none of the ECS are being honored by the bank as it says a mismatch and hence jeopardizing our credibility. Even after we have funds, the ECS gets returned by the bank due to incorrect ECS being produced by the bank. For every ECS that were returned we have been paying by cheques within the same month to KMBL till last month. We have called them, asked them to correct the same, send letters but all in vain and with no responses from Kotak Mahindra bank. They are only interested to collect the money but not correct the mistake they had done leading to a situation where are credit is being questioned where as we are not at fault.
We would request to look into the matter and help us to resolve and ensure that a letter is issued to us from your end so that our credit ratings are corrected and help us to get funds from other banks as we are a growing company and we need working capital loans for our expansions immediately. We have come to know that we would need your clearances to get any further loans and the issue affecting us is the Kotak Mahindra loan and which is due to mistakes done by the bank and taken us for a ride.
The Loan account number is 1420367 and is in the name of Sandeep Chatterjee where as ECS goes to the current account of HDFC bank - account number - 01822560000986 which is in the name of Endroit Technologies Private Limited and where I am one of the signatories.
I hope you all will look into the matter and revert at the earliest.
