I am residing at Central Airmen Selection Board at Air Force Station Naraina located at Delhi Cantt. I have been using Bharat Gas last five years (Total period of using including my previous duty station i.e in Secunderabad) and at present my connection is from Engineer’s Enterprises, WZ-80, Mohan Nagar, Pankha Road, New Delhi. In Apr 10 when I required to book my cylinder they informed me that we (Gas Agency) has stopped home delivery of gas in Delhi Cantt area so to Air Force Station Naraina too and asked me if you want you can get personally collect cylinder from agency and if you have any problem then you can transfer your connection from agency. My question is that Gas Agency does not have any problem to home delivery since last 18 months and suddenly gas agency refused to give home delivery by giving excuses of long distance but it is only 5-7 km away. On 11 Apr 10 I have personally collect cylinder they charge me
Rs. 310.35 (Is this not include the charge of home delivery). You are request to take necessary action for resume the home delivery once again so that we can relief from collection of cylinder by two wheeler in heavy traffic in Delhi Area. It is very poor and ignorance attitude by the agency in the Capital of the country where they are showing their inability to give home delivery.
