Didnt refund caution deposit

We the students from vels srinivasa coll of engg (affliated to anna university) didnt get our full caution deposit money.actual refundable money of 5000rupees to be given to students after there course completion.but we the students got only 3000rupees.where remaining 2000rupees will be huge loss for us.so plz kindly take action n do us need full.thank u
