Dear sir plse help us to solve the problem
we have been giving complaint since 25 days, but no is responding to solve. we have given the computerised complaint as well as we have visited sanjayanagar (Bangalore) lot of times.
since we are in to business we are mainly depending upon telephones. unfortunately we have not get even a single order from phone since 25 days. no one is teking responsibility. we have plan to go to consumer court due to loss occured in the business. as well as we are planning to take other connections to our factory. we have 3 lines and in which broad band line is also there.
