Not getting TDS certificate from my previous company

Dear Sir,

I worked with M/s Entask Consultancy services from july and left the organisation in june. As per my salary structure i have paid IT returns in assessment year 2009 . But this year, after several conversation with account department they are not sending the IT return certificate of the year 2010.

My previous company name and address are as follow:

Entask Consultancy services Pvt Ltd

No-3/1, chetna house, 10th cross, k n street,

vasant nagar, bangalore, karnataka-560052.

Please assist me to solve this issue.
