Re issue of Debit card

Dear Sir,

On 9th of November my my Debit card was stolen. On that day I blocked my card and applied for new card. After two weeks I have given one letter for this regard to your customar care person Mr. Nazir. Rs. 250 was debited from my account.

But still now I have not received my Debit card.

Please explain me the reason and send it to me immidiately.
