My father booked a very important document per speed post to france with tracking number EP014309358IN that was booked on 12.04.2010.Unfortunately the document has not been deliverd till date 21.04.2010!
there is no information where it has disappeared? if there was a wrong address etc? There is no reason no information to be discovered when I try to track it online also... it tells only that the post has arrived in foreign office on 15.04.
Are the people on other side suppose to know already if they must go and pick up the post personally??? What kind of service you have opened, is it some self service? Could you through more light what has happened to our post? I need it really urgently!
