My epd was submitted by bank to rpfc on 21/10 till date i had not received my money to my account . however the eps team is so irrresponsible that they dont even boter to pickup the phone and if mistakely they lift up they say they are working on it and currently there is no update. kindly check and assist on priority please. i require compensation for day from eps team.
