Dear Sir;

This is vaibhav Vijay karade having PF account number KN/19243/383. I had applied for transfer of my PF from Bangalore (accoutn number KN/19243/383) to Chennai (account number TN/40098/832).

I confirm from Chennai PF office that they received transfer form from bangalore office for verification which after due verification was send back to them 3 month before.

I am not in position to track status of application and amount being transfered.
