PF withdrawala not received

Hi,

PF no - KN/23390/2822

I have submitted the PF withdrawal form to Bangalore office in Dec. But till now I did not receive any reply or cheque. The EPF site is never updated and always shows the status as the claim is not yet received.

I tried to contact through mail, phone, fax everything but didnt get any reply.

Please help.
