EPF amount not received

Respected sir,

In reply to my complaint reg. no-SRJBP/E/00053 I had received a call from your office on 21-5 and I was asked either to furnish the pf acc.no or the phone no of the school where I had been teaching so that the regarding officer can trace out my details. But I donot have the acc. no at present. I tried to find out the phone no through net and I got it to be 076226015.This no is not present as per call made. Now I am giving you the full adress of that school-
