EPF withdrawal amount not yet received (already 6 months)

Dear Sir,

I submitted Form 10 and 19 to withdraw my EPF thru my Ex employer Accenture to Bandra office. My application was submitted on 6th June in Bandra office. I have receipt of confirmation. EPFO website mentions that withdrawal application is completed in 30 days. It is already 6 months I have not received any amount or information from EPFO.

In Aug, I register Grievance vide Registration Number CEPFO/E/02691 on website http://pgportal.gov.in/index.html. This Grievance was forwarded to EPFO Bandra office but no Action till date.

Finally, I sent an application to enquire about status using RTI Act in last week of Oct. This application was addressed to

Public Information Officers

EPFO, Regional Office, Bandra

Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 341,

Bandra (East) Mumbai

Again it is 6 weeks since I requested information from EFPO. I have not received any information.

My account number is MH/BAN/45665/1840 Group number 53 .

I am running out of options. Can I get help in this regards?
