NON RECEIPT OF TRANSFER AMOUNT

I am Surinder Singh Dua, worked with Lark Labs (15-11-97 to 31-07) and transfered my PF amount from DL/6655/2250 to CHD/12804/290 in year 2000 when I joined Unimarck Pharma a chandigarh based co.. The Transfered Amount was mentioned on my slip of 01 as opening balance.. But now I have received the refund of Unimarck only. My tranfered amount is not in the record of Chandigarh PF office.
