PF transfer not done yet!!

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Manish Rathee and my PF Number is HR/GGN/28254/38.

I applied fo PF transfer from my previous company (ING BPO India Pvt. Ltd.) to current company (Max New York Life Insurance) in April and I was promised that the transfer would be done in 45 days time. I kept waiting patiently but there was no reply from anyone.

Later, I found out that our Company (MNYL) has a tieup with vendor (DKM Online) to process the PF transfer. I approached DKM with my complaint in November 08 and they said that they have recd the request and it would be done in 60 days time.

I contacted DKM again in January and they said that they have done their part and application is pending in EPF office Gurgaon.

It is really disappointing the way this whole process works and we have to wait for years, to get our own money. Some strict action needs to be taken against this.
