PF not yet received

Dear Sir/Madam.

I was working with ICICI Bank till 2005. After that, I joined I-Flex Solutions in the same year and got my PF transferred to I-Flex Solutions (PF chq. of Rs.2, 45, 474/- transferred vide chq. no. 443250 on 8th August).

I quit I-Flex Solutions in May due to health problems. I am trying to withdraw my PF for the last 3 years as I am currently not working. I checked with the

Company (I-Flex Solutions) whether they submitted my request to withdraw PF to the RPFC office. They confirmed that they had sent my request to the PF office (RPFC Kandivali (W)). Upon requesting them, they resend my forms on Nov.

Its Apr and I am still waiting for my PF. Can you please help me in this matter? I am in real need of money.
