1. I had sent my duly filled PF withdrawl forms to EPFO Bandra Mumbai by 21st Marchand the same had been received in Bandra PF office on 7th May but still the status is showing under process although more than 6 months have been passed out even i have contacted telephonically the number given by my company as 022-26475910, 022-26475912, 022-26475915 in PF office but noboby have picked my phone, the status on the site is showing as under:

Status: CLAIM FORM 19 FOR PF SETTLEMENT FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN00357440000003753 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 07.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS

Status: CLAIM FORM 10C FOR WITHDRAWAL BENEFIT/SCHEME CERTIFICATE FOR MEMBER ACCOUNT NO MHBAN00357440000003753 HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 07.05.2011 IS UNDER PROCESS.

* * Approval Details on PPO and Scheme Certificates will be made available soon.. * *

Since then there is no confirmation from EPFO Bandra
