No ticket checkers in local trains in kolkata

Respected Sir/madam,
I am Shutashruba Das and I travel from kalyani (wb) to bidhan nagar (wb), in krishnanagar arrival time at Kalyani at 7:58 am, also called the 12 boggie train.
I am a daily passenger, and like me there are many other passengers who are facin probems regarding ticket checking. there are NO ABSOLUTELY NO ticket checkers in local train specially in the mornings office timings, so there are many passengers who donot buy tickets and caputer seats all through there journey making it difficult for us to travel.
It would be greatfull if you can make ticket checking in running rains and not on platform so that we geta place to seat.
