Chair Wheels are Deffective

I am Sarang Warhade, i have purchased chairs on 17/03 and Bill No 73. from Ergo Chair Shopee (Made By Anchal Industries). They assured me chairs for ONE YEAR WARRANTY. But With in 3 months chair wheels broken. I went there and Replace all the Wheels which are broken. But now after 3 Months Wheels again Broken and I again went for replace they told me they do not replace wheels to me. They told me wheels are NOT PART OF WARRANTY. and they are not giving me replacement for wheels. I go to Industry and they also not taking interest to replace my Chair wheels. They told me for new wheels i want to pay them for Wheel Charges. How can i pay for this when chairs are under WARRANTY. They are not providing Good Quality of Wheels.

I Request you to please take some action and replace my Chair Wheels.
