ICICI bank Demat account opeanig issue

Hi,

I am Sushant Kumar Bhunia, applied for ICICI bank demat account on 21st of April at brach - Thane, Form/Receipt No - 9002439872, Sales Person No. - 9860631567 (Sales person at ICICI) has taken my all documents. But this is around 1 month all the time on icicidirect.com > customer service the account status is coming.

May I know the exact status of my account?

As I am planning to invest.

This is the first time in my experience ICICIbank services are harassing me.

Should I apply at another bank Demat account as other financial traders open a demat account within 4-5 Days.
