This essence systems private limited is a broker type company.they collect database from naukri, timesjob, monster and call people for interview saying that they have job opening in their company.but all of a sudden, after 2 formal round of interview, they ask candidates to pay 10-15 k amount in the name of probetion period registration fee or training fee.after the training gets over they reject candidates saying that they are not eligible.
A STRICT ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINS SUCH COMPANIES, WHO FRAUD PEOPLE IN NAME OF JOB
