Not getting connected from 3 days, phone nos. switched off

I have taken a PIN no; from their local representative by paying Rs. 1000/- into their bank a/c on 25.07. I got my ID within 1 hrs., i started using the Id, we have to click on advertisedment, each is paid Rs.5/-, one one days 20 ads. can be clicked, from 3rd August there website is not opening
