This to your kind information and request to kindly look into this matter as my mom applied for her passport in Application Date : 10/09/08 but still now she has not got the PP when i checked in the web site about the status is shows (Your police verification report has not been received by us yet. You may like to follow up with the concerned police autorities.) i have informed about this to mom and she checked about this with concerned police authorities but still no use.

Sir i am requesting u to kindly look into this matter.
