Not stop on respective best bus stop

I sameer j ashar waiting for the best bus at borivali west kora kendra best bus stop at 3.13pm 10/12/09, as soon as the best bus no707 come from bhayander to santacruz bus stn. i alert to catch the best bus but driver couldnt stop the respective bus stop at kora kendra, and the best bus was 50% vacant. i ran and i caught the bus and when i said conductor about why dont you stop the bus, the answer was "hamara marji" conductor batch no is19792, and i wanted to get down on lakshmi industrial estate best bus stop then also best bus was not stoped. bus no is MH 01-LA 6320 and the driver was driving bus very rash and zigzag
