Ticket not booked but account has been credited with the charge

Respected sir,

I wanted to book a railway reservation ticket from Bhubaneswar (BBS) to Tadepalligudem (TDD) on 17/06.My account id on IRCTC is durga16. I have tried to book the ticket through my SBI ATM -cum debit card, but all the transaction has failed. When i have checked my account Rs 309.00 is debited from my account. I have called the concern authority, they assured me money will be refunded to your account with in few days.

Please look to it and cater to the problem at the earliest possible.
