Slow movment of waitlisted ticket comapre to other category

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a query.

I have observed that movement in waitlisted e-ticket is very slow comapre to i-ticket or ticket taken on counter.

I had a e ticket WL 45 which moved to WL 2 (PNR 2351958346) at the time of chart preparation while another ticket moved from WL 314 to WL165 (PNR 2153580884) for the same train. Do you have a bias towards e-tickets.

This incident happened earlier also.

I had to reschdule my travel plan/mode caused by slow moving WL updation of e ticket. Should I not use this option in future?
