Servicing not done inspite of repeated calls

We entered into servicing contract for water purifier purchased from eureka forbes ltd. contract was entered into april and servicing was due from july i.e. one year after date of purchase. we waited for a month for service and have made around 10 calls to eureka forbes ltd. every time a fine promise is made for servicing of purifier but servicing is not done.
