I had bought the a vaccum cleaner machine from one of your outlet located at G.K II, M Block Market (New Delhi). The person has delivered me the machine which was faulty. for change that machine your company has taken one month and 15 days. and there are other equipments which was already broken while delivering to me but your G.K outlet has refused to replace those parts.
And the worst part is that i had not recieved my bill for the machine and warranty card and lifetime service card.
The person who had delieverd the machine his mobile no. is 09810922389. and he is refusing to take my call.
