I am utterly dissappointed with Eureka Forbes service. I purchased a water purifier 3 years ago and the day after the warranty period expired, someone showed up to sell a extended warranty and took the money.
I have not been able to get them to come in to service the product for 2 months now. Every time I call, someone is their call center firsts takes 10 minutes to verify all information, then just say "We will send someone within 1 day". The 1 day hasn't arrived for 2 months now. Even if I try to talk to a manager or supervisor, they give all kinds of excuses.
I have not seen such bad service from any product for a long time. It is better to avoid this company rather than waste your time late
