Improper amc service

I hv Royal Model aquaguard under amc, the person who comes for servicing is poorly equipped. These people should be provided with:

1) small/handy vacuum cleaner to clean up the insect/dirts from inside the machine.

2) cleaning agent to clean up the synthetic body inside and outside.

3) cleaning brushes to clean up the corners.

4) stoppers required for the tap.

5) soft self adhesive tapes to seal up the borders and openings from insects to enter.

Hope to hear from you what action you have taken and from when you will implement. You may find thousand excuses for not implementing, but please put your heads together to solve these problems earliest.
