Hello Mam/ Sir,

This is in reference to the payment done for the Prepaid Mobile Recharge for my mother's number - 91-9441621843 (Andhrapradesh, BSNL Cell) on No 11 for Rs 562.00. But till noe netiher the recharge is done nor I received any message.
