We recharged-mobile- for top-up, thru icicibank.com internet banking. As option given there was u can charge from 50-999, we choosed 155, No other confirmation asked there -. we recd sms but balance was not enhanced. After receipt of REPLY to e-mail complaint to Tata we - talked to CSC, it was told that recharge is for Tata to Tata only. WE dont want this at all. I want general top-up. our bank a/c is debited on 29.3. further followup with tata-indicom, we recd only machine-reply - your complaint is resolved.
Even complaint to nodal officer - same thing. Due to problem of non-details options in bank site, the product which we don't want at all is sold to us. and money is lost.
