EV-DO, BSNL, Patna
Not working - Up rate 0 to 66 kbps and down rate 0 gto 1 Kbps

I have purchased EV-DO broadband for unlimited email uses dated 09.03.09, which delivered dated 16.03.09 and start to work same day. Its Up rate is 0 to 66 kbps and down rate is 0 to 1 kbps. Due to it, I could not down load the file and I could not attach any file in my mail. I got a loss of Rs.50, 000.00 monetary including harassment. BSNL is liable to pay such amount because it has not do their job as per commitment.

Due to bribery and corruption, officers and staff are not delivering their duties in proper manner. It ultimately harm users. The progress of a person and nation will harmed by BSNL officer due to corruption.

I request to correct all those things within two hours. He who are not capable must be dismiss from his post or BNSL will pay Rs.50, 000/- per day as damage to me up to correction and proper working of EV-DO.
