Sub: Negligence of the officials concerned, towards repayment of the money paid for EV-DO Internet Connection.
I am a customer of BSNL from past 6 years residing in Channapattana, Ramanagaram District. Here before on October 29th I had requested the BSNL Junior Engineer Mr. Yellappa for an Internet Connection. As according to his suggestion I took EV-DO. But since this connection failed to give sufficient signal, again according to the suggestion of the officials of BSNL we shifted to CDMA internet Connection. At present we are proceeding with the same. And we also glad to tell you that we are happy with the current connection and we are enjoying the better service in CDMA.
But I really regret to say that, despite several oral and written complaints from my side the local BSNL authority has totally neglected to pay back my money of Rs 1500, which I had paid earlier for EV-DO connection. I have submitted all the equipments back, which ever I got with this connection.
Therefore I request you to check into the issue and ask the authority concerned to pay back our amount as early as possible.
