The above mentioned order was received at your end during Dec by JT. CDA (AF).

This is to inform you that even after six months this said amount received by you

has not been credited to my a/c no 11593904906 at branch AMY Mohania kaimur (Bhabua).you will

appreciate that i am facing a lot of financial hardship for want of the required fund as mentioned above.

May i, therefore, request you to kindly intervene in the matter and help me with credit of amount due to me together with uptodate bank interest.
