Installation of software at toll plaza

Dear Sir,

Ref: Ticket no:0BG2-3294, Vehicle No: AP30K3333

I sincerely request you to install the software at the port road toll plaza that enables the vehicles with out producing the tickets who have purchased the return journey tickets. This facility is available at all toll plazas on the NH where as here one of the staff stands there and puts an initial on the return journey ticket.

In this contest we had an argument at the toll plaza with the NHAI staff on 14-9 at 1.00 pm. No one has given a convincing answer, so we have asked for the complaint book and surprisingly they said that the complaint book is not available with them.

In view of the above problem we request the NHAI authorities to install the required software so that no time is wasted for the return journey travelers
