EXCEL GAS SERVICE
Non delivery of cylinde

Dear Sir,

Myself Santosh, booked cylinder with EXCEL GAS SERVICE on 30.10.2009 but till date they have not deliver the same. Whenever we called up, they answered like " abhi ek gaadi aayee hai, Cylinder kum hai"

I think they take complaints lightly & never work on that to solve the issues of consumer.

I request your goodself to take the matter with their highest authority & to suggest to teach their staff on how to speak with consumer?
