I am user BSNL prepaid moblie with Excel anant. my mobile no is 9427157892 i started the BSNL Radio services & BSNL caller tunes. but now i want to stop this facility, many times i tried through cutomer care but they were not stop this faclity.

Kindly stop this facility.
