since today morning i had been trying to call at least 100 times to get my PUK code to the holine number of excel as my phone is locked (sim blocked) and prompting me to key in the PUK code.. All the customer service offiers say that the server is down..How can it be possible for such a big firm to give such an excuse troughout the day till night.. I'm missng so many important calls to my mobile.. I really regret for being an excel customer.. my phone number is 9447857165 (kerala, kottayam) and the sim seriel number is 899172763461013315.. Plz plz help
