1.Three visit has been made by technicians, in first instance speed control was changed out-put was only one wash. Second instant another speed control unit has been replaced also the motor/fan belt was also replaced resulting again only one wash.
2. Its quite apparent IFB is not too serious about providing services to its coustomer and the technicians capabilties are suspect they are more interested in promoting sales of IFB detergent powder.
