No name in the voter list

I am forty year old but till date I have not been able to execute my right to adult franchise. Each time

I go to the polling booth to vote I return back like >>> PAPPU >>> saying that my name is not in the

voter list.

I have voter id card no. WB/20/139/642157 . What can I do?
