Courier not recieved

Hi,

This is Lakshmi Narayana. I have to get a courier from AXIS Bank Mumbai. They despacthed on 8/05. I request them to send it to my office address. I found two landline nos of hyderabad office from their website. I made calls 100 times. No body lifted the phone. Sometimes phones are switched off. I never experianced this type of service from any courier. This is the worst and irresponsible courier. Hyderabad office is very bad.nodody feels responsibility. I dont know why they have given their phone nos in their website.
