I am supposed to get a new credit card from kotak mahindra bank through these useless courier. They did not even visit me and sent me an sms that they could not deliver it to me. when i contacted their numbers, both were false. I had to get it from net, and then when i called up nearly 17 times, i got through finally and their representative informed that they could not find the address!!! Then they said they will deliver it to my office..which they failed to do and returned it back to the bank. Now after talking to the bank who resent the courier by these people again??? they have again sent an sms repeating the same story... really one wonders what really they do their???
