For the last 3-4 months, Barclays Bank Credit Card Statement sent through express IT courier hasn't reached me, but I get SMS saying the AWB No. and also it has been delivered etc. I checked their site (express it) - they don't have tracking system for public nor it's picks it's customer service no.
With so many complaints against this courier company, i am wondering all these banks don't check the POD (Proof of delivery) nor check in google to find their set of people who have given complaints.
