One post from delhi has been booked for me on 29/01/09, by express IT, regarding the same i got a sms on my mobile, that your post has been despatched by express IT courier vide AWB no 8604039581, and u will get ur post within four working days, So i was waiting for my post and also checking the status of the post in express IT website "tracking option" twice a day, today i checked up around 2 o'clock than the status shown "in transit" when i called on express IT bangalore office no 25227682, they assured it will be delivered to you today itself by evening, and taken my contact no stating that after checking the status they will inform,
due to saturday my whole family was at home only whole day, no body has come for delivery of the post and nobody phoned on any of my no either my landline no or my mobile no, and pls note when i checked up the status of the post again in express IT website "tracking option" around 4 o'clock, its shown "exception- consignee not available"
I am not able to understand how they can do like that without coming for delivery how they can update "consignee not available" they have my both nos. if they got any confusion about the address they must call me on my any nos.it is quite impossible that "consignee not availabe " becoz due to the saturday my whole family was at home only.
